When I drive down a busy street, I often notice the people in the cars I am passing and think, What are their stories? Or when driving down a neighborhood street, I ask myself, What would living in that house be like, or that one . . . or that one? Is it a home of hope or a house filled with hate? Do the people living in all those places know love or do they only know the pain of rejection?
As I write book two of the series, Pursued by Evil, Called by God, I am constantly attempting to add understanding, hope, and salvation to the stories. The lead characters in this series have started their journeys as atheists, struggling to understand their world that is falling apart around them. At the same time, amazing things happen in their lives that call them to a new hope.
