For those who have read BOOK PURSUED of the “Pursued by Evil, Called by God” series and are hanging on the edge to see what happens next, I am working diligently on the second book of the three-book series.

I won’t provide any more details about the actual book because I don’t want to give away what happens at the conclusion of the first book or the challenges George and Jane Mercy face in the second book. I will, however, tell you I plan to call the second book, IDENTITY CONFUSED.

Some of you know I have been illustrating sermons for many years. I take notes on the bottom half of the page of a sketchbook and do an illustration on the top that reflects on the content I am hearing.

The above sketch is one of my illustrations from a sermon in 2006 by Dr. Robert Permenter. The sermon was on how God gives us a new identity. This sketch has inspired me, and I may use it as the basic idea for the cover illustration on the new book.

I will keep you updated on my progress. I hope to have the second book out before the end of the year. Watch for it.
